How to Apply for New Connection

Follow these simple steps to get electricity to your property

Visit Our Office

Come to TANESCO Uyui District Office with your identification documents (National ID or Voters ID) and proof of property ownership or rental agreement.

Submit Application

Fill out the connection application form and submit required documents. Our staff will verify your information and provide you with an application number.

Site Inspection

Our technical team will visit your property to assess the connection requirements and provide a cost estimate for materials and labor.

Make Payment

Pay the connection fee through any of our approved payment methods. Keep your receipt as proof of payment.

Installation & Connection

Our team will install the meter and connect your electricity within 7 working days. You'll receive your meter number and can start using power immediately.
